A place to begin
Has someone ever told you that your big idea is crazy? Has someone ever told you that your vision is impossible? I bet someone has questioned your resolve and commitment to see it through. Guess what, successful entrepreneurs never let poor opinions stop them.
“Whether you think you can, or think you can’t — you’re right.”
— Henry Ford, Founder Ford Motor Company
I've been working with people who have big ideas for over two decades. There is one aspect of their pursuit that connects them all. The vision they have is all-encompassing to address and solve a particular issue. It reflects their desire to get at the root of generational failures to create generational solutions. These ideas are often too big to accomplish in one lifetime, and so they explore creating systems and solutions with strategies that enable generational challenges to be overcome through succession. Succession planning is an important facet that every founder must embrace.
My Mission
I advise and council CEO’s and Founders who are willing to confront the challenges in themselves and their organizations. Together we advance solutions that demand moral courage to strengthen relationships and communities.
What are generational solutions?
It is solving challenges that address ending oppression, poverty, and homelessness through areas like Entrepreneurship, Higher Education and Real Estate. Generational Solutions have the capacity to help people overcome hurdles and hindrances that have prevented organization from advancing their mission.
